Welcome

We are pleased to announce The 3rd Brazilian Symposium on Medicinal Chemistry (BrazMedChem2006) to be held at the Hotel Fazenda Fonte Colina Verde, located in the tourist area of São Pedro in the State of São Paulo - Brazil, November 12-15, 2006. The event is supported by the Division of Medicinal Chemistry (MD) of the Brazilian Chemical Society (SBQ).

The BrazMedChem2006 is a non-profit International Symposium dedicated to Medicinal Chemistry and its interfaces. Following the successful model of the previous edition, held in 2004 in Rio de Janeiro (BrazMedChem2004), we have invited renowned scientists and experts, both from academia and industry, with the aim to promote the development of science, technology and education, and contribute to the growth of Medicinal Chemistry in Brazil. The scientific program of the BrazMedChem2006 will focus on "Recent Advances in Drug Discovery and Development". The participation of young scientists will be greatly encouraged.

The Organizing Committee is committed to making this a fruitful and memorable event.

We sincerely look forward to welcoming you to the BrazMedChem2006!

Organizing Committee.
