Abstract.
In the present article, the software MATHEMATICA, a friendly environment of high level computational language, has been used to show how an abstract course like Quantum Chemistry at the undergraduate level, can be introduced in a creative and attractive manner. The examples include the uni and bi dimensional particle in the box, the harmonic oscilator and the Hydrogen atom. The Plots shown can be easily generated with a microcomputer in the classroom and created by the student even if he is not familiar with the tranditional computational languages.
