Transportation

Transportation will be provided by the Conference, in chartered buses, from São Paulo International Airport (Guarulhos) to Águas de Lindóia (sept. 9th, 10th and 11th) and back to the airport (sept. 15th and 16th):

September 9th

September 10th

The conference participants will be welcomed by a receptive person at the TERMINAL 1 of São Paulo International Airport (Guarulhos) and transferred to the Monte Real Resort Hotel according to the shuttles schedule. 

Options for those who will not be able to use the transportation provided by the Conference:

Accomodation

The Conference will be held in Hotel Monte Real Resort (http://www.montereal.com.br/), where a block of rooms have been reserved at a special discount rate. We want to congregate all participants in the same place, to increase conviviality and interchange.
Reservations must be booked directly with the Hotel. Meals are included in the daily rate.

Currency

All transactions are done in Brazilian currency, the Real (R$). Dollars and Euros may be exchanged in local banks, exchange bureaus and hotels. The Real has been quite stable for several years (1.0 USD = 2.5 Real). Major international credit cards are accepted everywhere in Brazil.
