WELCOME TO PYROLISIS 2004
Dear colleagues:
The XVI International Symposium on Analytical and Applied Pyrolysis will
be held in Alicante,
Spain, May 23-27, 2004. The Scientific Committee is very pleased to invite
all researchers
interested in these topics to attend this meeting and is working hard to
continue along the
successful lines of the previous events. We strongly believe that this
is a unique opportunity to
boost the knowledge and the application of the pyrolysis processes and
to find the possibility of
close cooperation among research groups.
The topics under discussion include eight different sections covering all
fundamental issues,
instrumental developments and applications, industrial processes and miscellaneous
applications.
The selected plenary lectures will be an excellent introduction to the
oral and poster presentations,
where we encourage you to present your latest advances and ideas. The discussion
sessions,
following the corresponding presentations and lectures, are intended as
interesting and informal
opportunities to comment on the different contributions and obtain improved
conclusions.
We are looking forward to meeting you and your companions in spring 2004
in Alicante, where you
will enjoy the magnificent weather and beaches of this nice and friendly
Mediterranean city of the
south-east of Spain.
